I have lost 'KINDLE'. The store thinks I own it (so I cannot download or install it) yet there is NO file, app or any trace of Kindle on my tablet anymore yes - Ive done a search and browsed 'all apps' etc a dozen times).HOW. can I 'reset' Windows Store so it will allow me to download and install a fresh copy of this app?
A bit later: I also tried shutting down the computer and restarting. After doing so, there was no difference with books being able to open or not, but if I removed a book from the device and redownloaded it, at least the download speed was much faster.
Then I closed the Kindle app, and now I can't open it again. It bounces a bit and then stops bouncing. No error message. Sigh.

EDIT: Oh, that's interesting. Some books are duplicated in the Kindle for Mac library. For the duplicated books, it seems like one book will open, but the other will get the error message. However, other unduplicated books also get the error message.
